**Chillustrator** is a full vector drawing board that runs as a single web page (and as a small macOS app around it) with no framework, no build step, no account and no dependencies beyond one vendored polygon library.

It is made for people who draw parts to be cut, printed or engraved and need the drawing to be **dimensionally exact**: coordinates are doubles in points like Illustrator's own unit, shapes keep their exact parameters, and the exporters write real geometry — a 1 in circle exports as a circle, never a polygon.
