Vibe Codes

About Vibe Codes

Vibe Codes catalogues small web apps and code templates built by independent developers, most of them vibe-coded with AI coding assistants. It exists so that something you built in a weekend can be found by the people who need it, including the assistants they ask.

What is Vibe Codes?

A place for apps made by everyday people with AI. You describe what you want to an AI, it writes the app, and here you can show it off, sell the kit so others can make their own version, or get hired to build one for someone else. No programming background needed to use it, buy from it, or sell on it.

What is an app kit?

Everything needed to make your own copy of an app: the screens, the engine behind them, instructions, and the pictures and logo. You get it as one zip file. Open it with the same kind of AI the maker used, tell it what you want changed, and it is yours.

I have never coded. Can I sell something here?

Yes. If you made an app by talking to an AI, you can sell it. Tick what you want to include, copy one prompt into that AI, and it packs everything into a zip with your passwords and keys removed and the instructions written. Upload the zip and the listing fills itself in. Payments go to your bank through Stripe.

How do I list an app I just want to show off?

Paste its link. We take a picture of it and write a first draft of the description; you check it and publish. People can open it, and ask you to build theirs.

What do I get when I buy a kit?

A download with what the listing says it includes, plus a plain license telling you what you may do with it. Pay once and keep it, or subscribe for ongoing updates when the maker offers that. Technical details for each kit are under “Tech specs” on its page.

Can I hire the developer?

Most creators accept inquiries. Use the hire button on a listing; your message goes to their inbox and neither email address is shown on the site.

How can an AI assistant or agent read this site?

Every page is server-rendered HTML with JSON-LD, and every listing and collection has a Markdown twin: append .md to the URL or send Accept: text/markdown. Start at https://vibe-codes.com/llms.txt for the index, https://vibe-codes.com/llms-full.txt for the whole catalogue in one file, or https://vibe-codes.com/feed.json for new listings. All AI crawlers are explicitly allowed in robots.txt.

Is the summary on each listing written by the creator?

No. Facts (URL, repository, price, license, listing date, last-reachable date, GitHub metrics) come from the creator and from the GitHub API. The summary is generated from the rendered page and is labelled with the model and date that produced it. Facts always appear above it.
